Due to the “limited quantity” nature of our inventory, Jenny Jo Children’s Boutique does not offer exchanges on products sold. We do accept returns on eligible items with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within fifteen (15) days of the item’s purchase date, provided the item is in its original state, unwashed, unworn, and with any tags remaining intact. Please contact us via our online contact form to request an RMA.
The customer is responsible for return shipping. Once we have received your returned item, we will send you an email verifying that we received it. At that time, a refund will be given to the customer against the purchasing card or account. Refunds may take up to sixty days.
The following items are never acceptable for return and/or refund:
- under garments
- any item not in its original state, as noted above
